We decided that Hill and Goode aren't what we want in our program. I kind of got the impression that Hill actually wanted to come back. But I am no guru. I respect Fuente's decision... but at the same time I harbor no ill will towards Hill or Goode. I refuse to wish failure on a kid just because Orange and Maroon wasn't for that kid. It bothered me that some seemed upset that Trevon McMillan was making noise at Colorado. Looks like he made the right choice. He looked very good to me, and he wouldn't have played as much here had he stayed. He went out west and won the most carries outright over the RBs they recruited. So I don't want to hear about his blocking or lack there of. Had he stayed here and we gave him the rock, I feel like he would have toted it better than anyone else we have on the roster. I have never criticized Fuente, but when it comes to letting kids go, he could use more Beamer in him. A little more patience.
