we won the ACC 4 times and giving remained flat. You want to blame the AD and the Hokie Club for lack of vision and not capitalizing on that success, sure I will accept that. Fact is though as alumni we have now been given the blueprint for success not only in the ACC but nationally as well, yet many on this board still want to see the "evidence" on why to give more when Drive for 25 does exactly that....

Drive for 25 details exactly what it is trying to do, is it communicated great no, can the Hokie Club do better sure. Again though I state we seem as alumni to want to cut off our nose despite our face because we want some sort of pamphlet outlining exactly what we are trying to accomplish. Funny thing is, we had that with the empty trophy case and what did that get Beamer? No increase in giving.

Guess this is my long-winded way of saying we have done that both from a success and from a communication standpoint and I feel many alumni are still looking for an excuse not to give yet they want to compete for ACC and National championships.
