the ranking would be this order:

Alumni Passion/Loyalty
Development Staff
Head Coach Vision and Charisma
Winning/Winning Trajectory

More than anything I want VT alumni to understand that Texas A&M, Texas, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, etc. don't "give up" on giving when they have down years. Sure I am sure some call it quits but most don't. We as VT alumni need to understand that our passion/loyalty needs to come with money if we want success otherwise what is all of this for? I am not saying we need to be at Texas levels, Clemson has shown you can have half that money and still be successful but they have also shown there is a minimum and that is what we should strive for.
