First off, I've never seen a team shoot that well out of the gates against a top 10 opponent. Our defense wasn't bad, it was the same we've played all year they just hit ridiculous shots. Jerome's first couple threes were ludicrous.

On the VT side, not much you can do but I did see some good things out of us, especially in the 2nd half.
- We played them even in the 2nd half and dropped 37 on the best D in the country, some will say UVa let up but I didn't see that at all, they were trying to embarrass us by as much as possible
- NAW had a fantastic game, bounced back very nicely
- LOVED how aggressive Hill was on offense (Outlaw to some extent as well) getting to the rim
- Very nice 2nd half adjustment, cover 2 started dropped on the weak side shooter which keyed our run to start the period
- Offense had fantastic ball movement for the most part, didn't see that at GT
- We were missing wide open shots, those will start to fall again
- There was a point in the 1st half we were running with Bede-NAW-Wilkin-Outlaw-Horne and the offense still got open looks

We finally got to play a team with a pulse and see were we stand, I still think we're a top 15 squad. If UVA shoot 50% from three instead of 80% in the 1st we have a 5 point game after our run to open the 2nd.
