He couldn't get on the court for Penn State either. Not athletic enough, not tough enough, etc. My guess is that he wouldn't be playing one single minute for Tech right now. Horne plays harder, he's more athletic, and he is a better fit for the system.

Buzz wants bigs who can pass, dribble and shoot. He's recruited exactly one of those guys in his five years here. Hamilton and Sy don't fit that mold at all. I liked Hamilton and thought we should have used him more. He didn't fit the mold, but he was at least a great athlete. I never thought Sy was a good fit. He didn't fit the mold either, but he couldn't make up for it by by being a freak athlete because he wasn't a freak athlete.
