#14 Texas Tech gets waxed 58-45 at unranked Kansas State

#14 Buffalo goes down to 10-8 Northern Illinois on the road.

#13 Maryland gets smacked on the road at #6 Michigan State, down by 22 in the second half at one point.

#20 Ole Miss gets crushed 74-53 at unranked Bama

Yeah, we are short on depth, but there are few teams that don't have some type of deficiency at this point in the year. This is conference play and going on the road to play teams familiar with you is a tough deal.

We got smacked by a team that could be on its way to consecutive #1 overall seeds in the Dance, that also decided to have one if it's best shooting nights ever. Then we got run by a Top 10 team when our two best players picked up three fouls in the first half. These things happen.

I'm kind of excited about KJ going 37 minutes, getting 19/17 with 10 offensive boards and 7-7 from the line. And that NAW, 5 and Med combined for 12-21 from behind the arc. That's our Big 4 playing like it.

Also, there are five teams with only 1 loss in the ACC. We have 4 games remaining vs those teams and all are at home, none on the road. I like that as well.
