I bet it's a faster and cheaper option. Show up to the train 5 minutes


before departure, 2 1/2 ish hours and you are in D.C. and you get off with your stuff.

Plane you have to show up 1 1/2 hours early, flights about an hour, then 20-30 minutes to taxi/deplane then get your bags.

Heck, even if it doesn't save you time, I bet it could save you upwards of $50-75
