It's not clear that he will be comparable to the one he's replacing. Maybe there's an overlap in receiver targets up north that they're trying to cover with this hire. Moving some of the recruiting focus up north is probably wise because of the new staffs in North Carolina and Georgia Tech and the decline in programs in the north mid-Atlantic.
