Its interesting that Buzz, in his interviews, talks about interpersonal

stuff like how much he likes a player, the heart of a player, the player's parents, etc but doesn't talk much about strategy; I think he his a much better x's and o's coach than he lets on. Quote from Buzz after the game: "Nobody has ever asked me to speak at a coaching clinic," Williams said. "I would rather be with my family or at the office."
