VT Recruiting Iezzi is responsible for creating all of the gfx as well. That makes no sense whatsoever. I get that it is what it is bc of lack of budget, but a person whose responsibility it is to track and help establish recruiting priorities is going to lose precious time having to deal with creating high quality graphics in photoshop. That’s insane that the football team, or the athletic dept in general, doesn’t have team members dedicated to graphics and social media campaign management. That’s low budget / G5 stuff. And that’s the difference between a better performing program.

Again that comes down to budget and directly impacts the successful recruiting process of players. That’s stuff you have to get right if VT wants to win over more 4star recruits, vs the schools with bigger budgets.
