Not another swingman. And maybe another PG, depending on how Harris' recovery goes.

Assume that everyone we thought would have been available this year was now playing. We would have 2 guys who could play the point (5/Bede) and 2 post players (Blackshear/Sy). Everyone else is either a big guard or small forward.

Next year, IF Blackshear returns, we will have the grand total of 1 post player on the roster, and 2.5 points (Bede, Gordon, maybe Harris). And the rest of the roster again filled with 2's, 3's, and 4's who would be 3's on anyone else's team.

IMHO we need to go into every season with 3 post players and 3 guys who can play the point. The other 7 spots can be the "positionless" ones.
