It's the downside of hiring guys with good resumes, they'll get a new job and what good did they really do for the program. Would we have been more efficient just promoting Justin Hamilton?
This situation is really changing my opinion. I like experienced hires that have good resumes. Tyrone Nix had that with SEC recruiting experience? But knowing what we know now, Justin Hamilton or even Cody Grimm would have been the better choice because they more precisely know the scheme and technique expected in the position grouping. Hindsight is 20/20 or something...
