I apologize in advanced if this has been discusssed

here as I am sure it has ….. your big man, Blackshear has this left foot thing going on that I noticed in the Pitt game. I am shocked he is so good and can run as fast as he can run with it.

What is it? Has he had it since birth or is it part of an injury?
