I dont think youll see a whole lot of difference. Also, its very false to suggest this eliminates 1-and-dones. It just significantly cuts them down.

For instance, if Trae Young had decided to skip college he wouldnt have been drafted. But his freshman year was good enough to put him in the lottery. There will be 4 or 5 guys sach ysar who play themselves into the draft after a good year in college.

Duke, UK and the like will still recruit those kids...
