If he is out for the season, why keep it a secret from everyone? Seems like overkill to keep it a secret that would be kind of a big pain in the Arse to keep quiet.

However, if he is returning, but no one is sure exactly when, since it depends on the healing process and a doctor's approval, then why would anyone risk guessing, or give up any informaiton that might affect how teams prepare for you.

That being said, my guess is he is possibly returning soon, but it's a week by week assessment.
