An official cannot think fast enough to cheat. If the play is fast and close, you do not have time to think..I need to call this a certain way. If the call is obvious to everyone in the house, you would look stupid to make a phantom call. If the game is televised, the replay will make you look like a fool. The ACC reviews every game and goes over all calls with the officials. If there was any obvious cheating the officials would never work again. as far as "bags of cash" that is just stupid! Ayers is at a level that he makes close to $200k a year. He is working 5-6 days a week. Officials do not win or lose a game..each team has way too many opportunities to do that on their on.
