Rule 1, don't talk about game fixing.
Rule 2, don't fix anything unless absolutely needed. (See first half of game)
Rule 3, once "communication occurs", fix as much as needed. (See 2nd half come back).
Rule 4, continue fixing until there is a high percentage chance for outcome. (See overtime lead)
Rule 5, once game result is in hand, balance the stats to cover up the fix.
Rule 6, don't talk about game fixing.

Unfortunately, that's just part of the game, and Hokies were not "suppose" to win.
