reason that a select few always land elite players. Wish the NCAA would allow high school kids to go straight to the pros. This would eliminate the sham that currently exists with one-and-done players.
That said, the approach Tech and UVA take in this highly competitive business is great. If Tech does not win the NCAA Tournament - of course, we wont - I hope UVA or a similar program does.
