When ball went off NAW with 6.2 seconds to go in regulation, the refs went to review and it allowed FSU to draw up a play, which then forced Buzz to take a timeout to set up our D after seeing how FSU was set. Not sure if there should be a rule, but in that moment the replay seemed to give FSU such an advantage considering they had no timeouts left.
