He's done a great job with his hires and I believe his expectations of all of VT sports programs are more in line with mine than was Weaver's. Weaver seemed to be content if we challenged in football; Whitt so far seems to have high expectations for all of our programs and has fired and hired accordingly. If Buzz leaves I think Whitt will find us someone else that can continue to advance the program.
