Isn’t it normal for schools to wait until a season is over to contact?


Or is that just a courtesy and something that A&M can ignore if they wanted? I also thought they had to ask VT for permission to talk to a coach. Is that true? If so, why would we allow contact right before the tourney?

Can anyone help me understand the process better? Thanks
