So, since everyone seems convinced Buzz is leaving my reaction is anger at Buzz for not only leaving but leaving Tech with an empty pantry for next year. Perhaps it was his plan all the time. Sure many will say this is just a business and you strike while you are hot but I take issue with his coaching approach that has successfully created a group of guys that care for each other but apparently their coach does not care for Tech. So all that said (and I could say more but what is the point) the more critical question is what does Tech need to do attract a quality coach in either football or basketball that will want to stay and create a legacy in Blacksburg. I am guessing if Tech is able to turn it around in football we will lose another coach. What is the plan to attract the right candidate(s) that can create a competitive product and is not using his success at Tech as a springboard for other opportunities?
