This has been in the works for quite some time...
There were lots of red flags that it would go down as early as a full year ago. Buzz did well at VT. He will do well at Texas A&M. I would take issue with the roster he left in tact, but that doesnt solve the issue and the best thing is to look forward.
The positive of that outcome is that the next coach will get to shape his roster much quicker than a normal coaching change. The bad news is that typically means a slow rebuild. The results wont come immediately, so it will be vital to be patient with the next staff, whomever that may be.
