"Thanks to Williams, Tech is a far more attractive job than five years ago." How is Tech more attractive? The coaching staff and majority of stars on the team have left. Are we supposed to believe that William's success will some how magically result in future seasons? Doesn't make sense to me. Tech is now a team without a coach and players and it is no more attractive than it was when William's was hired.
