And most people on here have idolized Babcock including me. His hires so far have been out of the park. Perhaps he will shock me and Young will be successful. I hope so but our hopes and speculations have all come crashing down. Success in recruiting and retaining will change the mood of the board quickly. Lack of that will confirm the negativity.
