I see MY's staff hires as coaches that will supplement Young's needs as a coach and recruiter and meet the needs of the team to continue to excel in the ACC. Buzz on the other hand brings coaches that can work in his style and system, but have questionable background to recruit and compete in Texas and/or the SEC.
