My concerns about MY is recruiting and consistency. He’s addressed recruiting to the best of his abilities with a strong staff. His inconsistency may have also been a recruiting issue in that he struggled to fill classes with quality players until he was senior laden. But he also was improving each 4-year inconsistent cycle. You can make a case he has been honing his craft.

I like that we hired a well regarded offensive coach. It’s fun to watch. And VT hoops needs to be fun to attract our fanbases attention.
