Buzz poaching the 2 recruits he did is fine...

That happens all over the country every single year. The issue I have is that Buzz brought in 2 JUCOs for OVs on VT’s dime in March. We didn’t have any spots available at the time, and he didn’t offer them while at VT, so it’s clear what he was up to.
