Well do we have the situation Feaster wants?

According to this link, he is looking for a school that will use him like he wants and has the personnel to support him and showcase him. We have the receivers to do that but what about the QB and OL? He would get plenty of PT at VT but not sure the other parts he wants are there. If he schedules a visit to us, then I will feel better about our odds/
