Playing them EVERY year was a bit much. I went to the away game (twice, I think) and really enjoyed their venue and crowd. Good people, in my experience.

Look. That hurricane situation was nuts. I'm willing to cut people some slack on that deal. I mean, come on. The way they loaded up for Florida was sketchy, but again... I allow for bad decisions in the face of crisis. And a crisis it was. And continues to be. That area still hasn't recovered.

They handled it badly, but should be given some slack due to circumstance. We didn't handle it great, either (mostly, bad optics). Both sides could have handled it better.

Now the series is dead for the foreseeable future...which is also a bit of a shame.

I just don't understand the vitriol I see from good Hokies, nor from the Pirates. Good grief. Let go of the anger, all you young Skywalkers. Feed your inner peace.
