FWIW East Rockingham is a relatively new HS in Rockingham County


and I think they primarily get the bulk of their students from around Elkton, VA (a small town in eastern Rockingham County). I believe East Rock has developed into a pretty good AA athletic program in a couple sports, so I am not too surprised to hear that VT is offering scholarships to students from there.
