It looks like they have a nice facility going up.

We'll need something a little bigger with even better amenities. Maybe $120-150 million. I could buy $20-50 million for utilities and the such. The $300 million IMO is clearly a highball figure based on building something of near NBA caliber to appease the "pro-New" crowd since a decision was made (IMO) to renovate.
