You are leaving out a critical piece of information. Foster did not "make adjustments" in the GT game because the gameplan was correct but the execution wasn't happening.

If you tell your players where to line up, where to look, what reads to make, and where to go, and all of those things are correct, what adjustments can you make when they can't make the tackle or get blown so far out of position they can't get to the proper position?

GT doesn't change; they were running EXACTLY the same type of plays they ran when we beat them with our stronger more experienced players. This time they simply out executed us.
