For me, it motivates me. Not that I don't need some to believe in me, but the few times in sports or my professional life that people predicted bad outcomes, I kicked it in another gear.

I ask of course because of the firing Fuente post below. I wonder if that stuff motivates him or deflates him if he hear's that? However, more importantly, how about you? Motivate or deflate?
