By the way, I tried that move that he’s doing when I got home


tonight and it’s considerably harder than it looks. I was only able to use a 25-poind plate. If he’s using a 35 or 45 pounder like it appears he’s using in that clip, that’s pretty impressive for an 18-year old who’s just in his first month in a college S&C program.
