Maybe,maybe not. It`s amazing
what can be done with today`s training. Often,kids improve their speed once they get to college even though they get bigger. Quickness is more innate...you have it or you don`t. When I was young,I had good speed,but I had really good quickness. As I got older and gained 30 lbs,I still maintained my quickness.
