doesn't matter that he wasn't on the team. He has an axe the size of Montana and was grinding it every day! I know people in Blacksburg that told me he was having players over to his place and spreading his gospel religiously..........the defensive and offensive malcontents were listening and continued to hear him long after he was dismissed...........They we're open to it cuz they didn't like Fu's "no jobs are guaranteed, you gotta earn it" mentality. The Beamer coddling days were over and the Senior leaders who cared about the tradition and winning were gone.

Hill to this day (according to a source I trust) still doesn't believe Fu threw him off the team.......despite any public comments to the contrary he see's nothing wrong with his actions and unfortunately that monster was created by the past admin not Fu.
