Oh and a dumb question...


I'm looking at VPN providers and they talk about how many servers they have in various countries. If I am in costa rica and they say they have 12 servers in costa rica, I don't care about that right? Am I supposed to use a US server to portray I am in the US?
In other words I should not be worried about how many servers they have in costa. I should select a US server and of course all the VPN providers have those.
Is that correct?
