It can - and will- mean lost customers
Like me. I'm not waiting until after the first game to see if their negotiations worked out. Guarantee I'm not alone.
For Cox its a business decision. Lose x customers vs pay x amount for the network. If Cox is better served risking the lost customers then more power to them. One thing is for sure 99% of the lost customers will not be back. These decisions are fairly permanent.
I am constantly amazed at how cavalier they are about their pricing considering the options that are out there
