I contacted my "cable provider" Point Broadband, here in Bristol. I was told that they weren't going to provide the ACC Network and suggested I get Hulu +.

I told them I was confused, was my cable provider telling me to cut the chord.

Indeed they were. They'd assume just provide Internet and I could use their wonderful internet service as I used Hulu + (or Yahoo TV or whatever).

So my chances on getting the ACCN is slim to none.
