... that is the problem. If they think they have to "force" the rest of the nation to follow their lead, it's just another in a long series of patronizing statements by these folks and their legislature.

"This product contains substances known by the State of California to cause cancer..." It's just regular science, not special knowledge possessed by the most enlightened of states.

There are numerous other issues over the years which have been handled by California in the same way.
