NOT hotbeds for UT. Not sure what you did at Lebanon, but I was born in Richlands and I'm not sure I ever saw "1" UT flag or bumper sticker - ZERO.

Some of the biggest VT alumni and boosters are from those counties named above. Trying to say that UT is as popular at VT in those areas is just flat preposterous. Run a post of that and ask and see what the rest say. I will bet my net worth this ends up on my side.

Why didn't Thomas Jones go to UT if it is so popular? I'm not sure he even set foot in Knoxville. Why didn't Ahmad Bradshaw go to UT?

Not trying to pick a fight with you but your assertion is just way way off. You might be talking more about folks in the Bristol area, certainly not Abingdon or Tazewell - NO WAY.
