Suggestions for rules regarding new posters


1. Limit threads started to one per day, per board, for the first week.
2. Limit replies to threads to two per thread, for the first week.

More suggestions, please. I have no technical knowledge as to how to do any of this, and I do not work for TSL. But, something has to change.
