If i could wave a magic wand:
1) Beg Torrinan to come back home to be DC.2)Make Torrian, Zohn, Justin the face of recuriting.3) Let those three battle PSU,UNC and others for the players in NC,Penn and Va.4) Let Fuente take the CEO mantle and run football ops. and leave the player relations kind of stuff to the (player-coaches). Which we know by now that he is not.
