If you think MY is an upgrade to Buzz off the court and Buzz
has a better record on the court, then what conclusion would you draw from that scenario?
I guess as I have gotten older (not going to say wiser) I have become less with having an initial reaction (pro or con) to the hire of a coach and lean more towards a "let's wait and see how everything shakes out" holding pattern. It isn't so much that I think the hire is good or bad, but more with the resolving of the conflict between on paper vs. product on the athletic field.
I guess changes in the thought processes of fan fascinate me particularly when a fan has a strong opinion one way or another regarding a new hire. Then at some point the fan flips his/her opinion to the complete opposite for various reasons. Then at some point after that initial flip the fan considers reverting back to an opinion that is either the same or closer to the initial opinion. I am not suggesting that is going to happen with you. However, I do find it fascinating that some fans are starting to flip their opinion on MY even before they have seen the product on the court.
