I am not basing the ranking strictly on wins and loses

It is possible for a more complete team to a worst record than a less complete team with an undefeated record. The questions I have regarding UVA is on their defense. FSU's offense didn't bring their "A Game" and which is evident by the bonehead call on the last play of the game inside UVA's 10 yard line. Also, I would consider WVU to be a better team than FSU.
