QUINCY PATTERSON (sound of popcorn crunching)

If Ryan and Hendon are out.

could this be his moment?

Quincy has been waiting his whole life for this moment.
If both Ryan and Hendon are out with injurys, that would give Quincy two entire weeks of preparation with the starters.

Duke can throw away their game tapes of Ryan.

Could this be the beginning of a very special athletes dream of being a big time Quarterback?

Get the popcorn ready Hokies.

Also, there is this. is it the win or loss you remember from a Hokie game, or all the experiences leading up to the game, the anticipation, watching the drama unfold, revisiting old friends, walking down memory lane, and sharing our beautiful campus and experiences with your family and friends.

As Hokie fans, don't we share a role to support out team of brothers, as they lay it on the line on the field of battle? What message do we Hokies send our team, if we turn our backs in the heat of battle, and walk away? No sir, I'm staying...the entire game, and shouting out my lungs down to the the very end. Isn't there as much to gain from a win as there is a loss. It's the glory of the battle, and the drama that unfolds, and watching our fellow hokies deal with the results of the games outcome, however good or bad, that I will remember.

For those Hokies that are leaving games at half-time, good luck finding your way home, because you may have lost your perspective.
