First realization: we are really that bad. 2nd: There's no way of firing Fu

We just have to accept he's here to stay, at least 1-2 years.

I still think he can change and bring it together. At this point, it's the best that can be hoped. It seems that Whit needs to step in and make it easier for him. I think getting rid of Shibest, Corney, and Hilgart to start, and finding a good replacement for Foster. It's become apparent that keeping Foster on this long was a mistake. The team has still not become Fuente's.

This was Fuente's first major coaching job, and he's obviously still learning here and has made some major mistakes.

I think Beamer's relaxed nature and way with the players came with time. We all start out overly up-tight in new leadership roles. He has to relax, and let players have fun. He also apparently needs to treat his players better, and realize that he can't control everything.

About King -- he's clearly the best back on the team. Fumbles be damned, I don't know if he has the frame to carry it 30 times a game right now either way. Fu may know what he's doing there.
