My point is not based on an evaluation of Bud Foster. I am merely asking if what I have been told by those much closer to the situation than I am, if this is true. The only person that should have that power is the incoming Head Coach. That was my point. For my personal opinion, I don't think too much of Bud Foster. I never thought he was all that.
