We won't really know how good this staff is until they have the chance to coach a core of juniors+ that have been under their development.

We are getting there, but we really need 1 more season to see the results.
This team is way too young, and our qbs are currently injured, to throw out the staff.

Starting over will lose another 3 years at best, the next 10 at worst.

Can't we wait one more season, and support our team and athletes, to see where this is headed?

Throwing out a staff with a team of freshmen / sophomores with our 1st and 2nd string qb's hurt,
is absolutely rediculous.

Hitting the reset button does not change how hard it is to bring winning football back to Blacksburg.

Give these guys another year, and lets see where we are.
